We’re canceling commitments to all operators
This campaign is a nice example of the kind of job where a good product, strong strategy, genuine creativity and quality execution all come together. The product itself (giving the customers money to cover the contractual penalty from their previous operator) is a strong message but it’s the strategical shift to canceling the commitments to all operators is what really makes this campaign stand out.
Since launching the buyout campaign with updated tariffs, the requests for them raised by 400%. Overall port in requests increased by 1/3 and we can also see a positive impact on churn. Actually, we are happy with more than 50% share of higher value tariffs on GAs.
