OLIVER founder and CEO, Simon Martin, was recently interviewed by City A.M’s Liam Ward-Proud on the new in-house agency model.

The interview opens with Simon describing the enhanced logic of OLIVER in-house placements and the impact the model is having on agencies across the board. The model’s popularity amongst brands is discussed, as is OLIVER’s steady rise and worldwide expansion.

Simon explains: “The in-house agency model works. The logic is to build a level of intimacy and understanding of the brand that you simply don’t get with the traditional model. It’s also about reducing the communication time lag between OLIVER and the client – being in a dedicated, on-site agency means we can work together on things like real-time marketing, allowing us to do more things, faster”.
